From the Builder

My ultimate goal since I started in the construction business over 25 years ago was to have my own company building quality homes. Each step I have taken was done with the thought of how will this help me achieve this goal. As I look back at the path I have taken I would not change anything. This path has given me the hands on experience in all phases of home construction as well as experience running my own company, working with both a regional and a national builder and hundreds of homeowners. This experience has provided me with the construction and management skills required to build a quality home while retaining the personal relationship with the homeowner that is often only found with the small entrepreneur.

Ken constructs high quality custom and semi-custom homes in the Tidewater Peninsula area. With more that 25 years experience in the construction business, Ken Schultz has established himself as a builder of exceptionally well-built homes, with attention to detail being a top priority.
